Helen Wang, founder and CEO of e-Mobilizer and Vice President of Silicon Valley - China Wireless Technology Association (SVCwireless) and Founder of e-Mobilizer shares her insights from her research of the impact China's fast moving economy has had on the growth and development of the Chinese middle class.
Helen Wang is originally from China and has lived in the United States for more than ten years. She is founder and CEO of e-Mobilizer , which helps micro-entrepreneurs by providing access to online marketplaces through mobile phones in China and around the world.
Helen has over 10 years operating experience in the software industry in Silicon Valley and held several senior technical and management positions, in both startups and established companies.
Currently, Helen is working on a book on the emerging middle class in China. Based on interviews of real people, the book profiles typical members of the Chinese middle class and navigate through China's fast changing social and economic landscape. It provides compelling insights on how the Chinese middle class shapes the future of China, as well as the implications for global business.
Helen holds a MA in International Development Policy from Stanford University, and a BA in English Literature from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China.
